Joint Accreditation with IARC, Kyrgyzstan

Nationally Recognized, Globally Accredited | Achieve Dual Accreditation Excellence

Joint accreditation is a comprehensive quality assurance process available exclusively to current QAHE-accredited institutions. It involves a whole-school evaluation that goes beyond individual programmes, enabling institutions to demonstrate overall quality, responsible management practices, and positive stakeholder impact. This holistic approach enhances credibility and recognition for excellence in business education.

IARC Recognition

IARC is the leading accreditation agency in the Kyrgyz Republic, providing institutional and program accreditation for higher and vocational education institutions. As an internationally recognized body, IARC’s accreditation is a mark of quality and excellence. Established in 2019, IARC operates in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and obtained a license from the Ministry of Education and Science in 2021 for educational programs in “Expert in the field of education,” “IT,” and “I&C”.

On May 16, 2022, NIARS (Independent Institute of Accreditation, Rating and Certification) was officially recognized and entered the register of accredited agencies by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. In 2023, its Research Department developed methodologies for the national rating of colleges, which were registered in the State Register of Copyright Objects and the State Register of Computer Programs. Additionally, on July 4, 2023, NIARS became a full member of the International Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE), a global association of over 300 quality assurance organizations.
