Dr. Franz Rothschadl is an accomplished educator and executive with extensive expertise in academic instruction, human resources, and business leadership. He possesses a strong background in strategic planning and operational efficiency, making him a dynamic professional dedicated to fostering cross-cultural collaboration and enhancing educational practices.

Dr. Rothschadl holds a Ph.D. in Global Executive Human Resources, graduating summa cum laude from Selinus University Business School in London and Ragusa, Italy. His dissertation focused on “Culture and Psychology in Global Human Resource Management.” He also earned a TEFL certificate in Teaching Test Preparation and Business English from the University of Toronto OISE, along with a diploma in Educational Psychology from Alison in Ireland. Additionally, he holds a certificate in American Government: Constitutional Foundations from Harvard University and completed his Staatsprüfung at Karl Franzens Universität in Graz, Austria, where he wrote a thesis on the development of European Continental Law from Roman and Catholic Canon Law.

His areas of expertise include academic and business English, TESOL/TOEFL preparation, multi-cultural negotiation, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and human resources management. Dr. Rothschadl’s professional certifications encompass project management, change management, mental health training, human trafficking prevention, human rights training, and root cause analysis.

In his career, Dr. Rothschadl currently teaches at Kelly Education in Hillsborough County Public School in Tampa, Florida, where he instructs courses such as Cambridge AICE, English Honors, and IB Social Studies. He also serves as a Ph.D. consultant at Boston University, focusing on improving international student presentation performance through tailored strategies. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Lagerhaus Brewery in Palm Harbor, Florida, where he oversaw operational compliance, training, and strategic marketing initiatives that significantly increased sales and profitability. Earlier in his career, he worked as a General Manager in brewing operations and successfully managed a $2.8 million development project in Paraguay.

Fluent in English and German, with intermediate proficiency in Spanish and Italian, Dr. Rothschadl is also affiliated with several professional organizations, including the British Academy of Management (BAM) and the American Society of International Law (ASIL).
