Tamilnadu Council for Open and Distance Learning (TCODL), India
The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary & Higher Education (QAHE) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Tamilnadu Council for Open and Distance Learning (TCODL, India). This partnership marks a significant milestone in the development of quality assurance in open and distance learning, as well as the promotion of educational excellence in India. TCODL, India is an autonomous council established for the development of education under the guidelines of the National Education Policy 1986 and the Programme of Action 1992, Government of India. As an institutional member of the International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE), TCODL, India is committed to promoting quality education through open and distance learning.
