Dr. Stepanus holds multiple academic qualifications, including a Doctorate in Human Resource Management from the State University of Jakarta, a Master’s in Forestry Science from Lambung Mangkurat University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Forest Cultivation from the University of PGRI Palangkaraya. His educational journey reflects a strong commitment to lifelong learning and academic excellence, which he applies in his professional endeavors.

His career spans several key positions, starting as an employee at PT. Kayu Mas Group and progressing to significant roles within the Forestry and Land Conservation Services of South Barito Regency. Since 2011, he has served as a Trainer Associate Expert at the Central Kalimantan Provincial Human Resource Development Agency, where he has played a pivotal role in training and developing the next generation of civil servants.
