Dr. Dwayne McKay
Dr. Dwayne McKay is a dedicated engineering educator with more than 15 years of combined academic and industry experience. He currently serves as Engineering Lecturer (Part-time) at the International University of the Caribbean and as Engineering Assistant Lecturer / Lab Supervisor (Full-time) at the Caribbean Maritime University, where he teaches and supervises students in BSc Electrical Engineering and BEng Industrial Systems programmes.
He holds a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Post-Doctorate in Industrial Engineering. His strong background in mechanical maintenance and technical operations, gained from leading Jamaican companies, allows him to bring both academic rigour and real-world industry insight to his teaching and mentorship roles.
