African Virtual Campus University (AVC University), Liberia Successfully Renews QAHE Accreditation

The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary & Higher Education (QAHE) is pleased to announce that African Virtual Campus University (AVC University), Monrovia, Liberia, has successfully renewed its institutional accreditation.

Founded with the vision of expanding access to quality higher education across Africa, AVC University offers flexible online and hybrid master’s degree programs in high-demand fields such as Information Security, Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, and Forensic Accounting. In 2022, the university’s efforts culminated in accreditation approval by the International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary & Higher Education (QAHE) and the National Commission on Higher Education (NCHE) of Liberia. This milestone allowed AVCU to operate as an online university with hybrid options, marking the realization of its initial vision and a promise of continued innovation in delivering quality education with quality, speed, and flexibility.

The successful renewal of QAHE accreditation demonstrates AVC University’s ongoing commitment to maintaining rigorous academic standards, strong institutional governance, and excellence in digital and hybrid learning environments. This achievement further strengthens the university’s global credibility and reaffirms its dedication to providing accessible, high-quality higher education to students across Liberia and the broader African continent.

QAHE congratulates the leadership, faculty, and staff of African Virtual Campus University on this significant accomplishment. We look forward to our continued partnership as AVC University advances innovative and inclusive educational opportunities throughout the region and beyond.
