QAHE is recognized by Independent National Accreditation Agency “Elbaasy”, Kyrgyz Republic to boost quality assurance in education

The establishment of the Accreditation Agency “El Baasy” carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Non-Profit Organizations”, the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Education” and other legislative acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, decisions of the founders and the Charter of the Agency. The institution is a non-profit and non-governmental organization.
