The Independent Accreditation Agency ‘BILIM-Standard’ is recognized by the National Accreditation Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic as an accreditation agency (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic 793/2 dated June 16, 2018), and operates at the international level and is a full member of the Asia-Pacific Quality Assurance Network (APQN), the International Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE) and the Eurasian Association for Educational Quality Assessment.
