Dr. Latha A/P Haridass is an accomplished educator and higher education leader with over 20 years of experience in the field of tertiary education. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer and Teaching and Learning Coordinator at Peninsula College Georgetown, Malaysia, Dr. Haridass has made significant contributions to education development, academic program design, and institutional accreditation. Her expertise in integrating artificial intelligence into teaching and learning practices positions her as a forward-thinking leader in the educational sector.
Dr. Haridass holds a Ph.D. in Education Development from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, where her research focused on enhancing employability through the cultivation of generic student attributes. She also possesses a Master’s degree in Education and Development, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Education Management (IT).
