Born on September 5, 1985, in Reading, Pennsylvania, Dr. Graham demonstrated academic brilliance from an early age. As a student of the Reading School District, he excelled both in academics and athletics, earning distinctions in track and field and becoming an All-Division Berks County high jumper. His passion for education led him to pursue advanced studies across diverse disciplines, shaping him into a multifaceted scholar and thought leader.

 

Dr. Graham’s journey is marked by military service, where he served in the United States Air Force, contributing to national security and global operations. As part of the 113th Wing of the DC Air National Guard, he played a pivotal role in maintaining missile launchers for the White House and Capitol Hill alert unit. His dedication extended beyond military service when he was deployed to Djibouti, Africa, aiding in combat rescue missions that saved Saudi F-15 pilots.

 

Beyond his military and academic endeavors, Dr. Graham is a visionary leader in education. He established The Frankie Graham Jr. Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educational accessibility, career development, and community upliftment. Under his leadership, the foundation launched institutions such as Graham International University, Graham International Education Accreditation Agency (GIEAA), Graham School of English, Graham High School, Graham Middle School, and Graham Elementary School, each reinforcing his commitment to global learning, cross-cultural education, and empowerment through knowledge.

 

Dr. Graham’s advocacy extends to educational reform and accreditation, ensuring that students worldwide receive quality education that is inclusive and transformative.
